production, preservation and transformation processes employed by its member companies, in
accordance with the laws that regulate organic agriculture.

The durum wheat employed by our company is produced from durum
wheat cultivated in compliance with the European laws (EC regulation no. 2092/91).
Pastificio Mennucci S.p.a. was one of
the first companies in the pasta production field to adhere to "Consorzio per il
controllo dei prodotti biologici".
