Organic pasta and whole-wheat bio pasta at Mennucci are made using raw materials (which derive from agriculture) that comply with the requirements of Regulation (EC) No 834/07 and/or with the certification scheme NOP (National Organic Program), accredited by the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture)
Mennucci is also certified by the CCPB Srl certification with the operator code IT Bio 009 - 0073 since 1994 (download certificate).
