Pastificio Mennuci can offer customers over 30 different Gluten Free Pasta formulations. Gluten Free pasta is predominantly dedicated to those that have dietary requirements such as those with celiac diseases, and notified in accordance with D.Lgs.111/92.
Mennucci is able to use both flour and starch flour, and mix both ingredients together depending on customer’s tastes and needs. All recipes can be prepared with either biological raw materials or conventional materials (pasta with corn flour, rice pasta, brown rice pasta, rice and corn pasta, soy pasta, lupine and pea pasta, buckwheat pasta, tricolor pasta).
